Terms and conditions:

1. The Promoter is:Outdoor Sorting Agencies Pty Ltd ABN 30 124 069 209.
2. Employees of the Promoter or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the redemption or helping to set up the redemption shall not be permitted to enter the redemption.
3. To be eligible to receive a free ATN ABL Rangefinder via redemption, an entrant must purchase a New ATN MARS4 Smart HD Thermal Rifle scope, or ATN X-Sight4K Day & Night smart HD Digital Riflescope from an Australian ATN stockist. One ATN ABL Rangefinder will be given per eligible scope.  Only Australian residents, purchasing from Australian ATN stockists are eligible to participate.  ATN stockists are not eligible for the redemption, only the end consumer.
4. Scopes must be purchased between 12am Friday 9^th of July, and 12pm Tuesday the 31^st of August.
5. To claim the free ATN ABL Rangefinder, the customer will email a copy of the receipt, clearly showing the date, and the store of purchase, along with their name, postal address, and phone number to sales@osaaustralia.com.au. The ATN ABL Rangefinder will be posted to the address provided by the customer, by the promoter.
6. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss), or for personal injury or death suffered or sustained in connection with this redemption or as a result of taking or using the ATN products, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
7. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by or associated with Facebook. Entrants acknowledge that:

(a)    any information they provide in connection with the Promotion is provided to the Promoter and not to Facebook; and

(b)    any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Promotion will be directed to the Promoter, not to Facebook; and(c)entrants release Facebook and their associated companies from all liability arising in respect of the Promotion and use or publication of the image.

8. The Promoter reserves the right to vary the terms of, or cancel, this Promotion at any time without liability to any participant or other person, subject to applicable laws.

9. The Promoter’s decision relating to the Promotion and/or redemption of the ATN ABL Rangefinder is final and no discussions or correspondence with participants or any other person will be entered into.
